It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we will substitute a comparable item or offer you a refund.
We highly suggest if sizing is going to be an issue that you try on a sample garment. We will most likely have a sample at our store or will be able to provide you with a size chart. We can not return any custom item for size reasons. Please make sure the appropriate size is ordered. Please contact us with any questions on sizing.
Sometimes there are mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, oil stains, small holes, un-sewn seams, etc. We try our best to inspect each item as it is being printed but sometimes defects can be missed. If you find a defect we will either re-produce the item or issue a refund if the production run is shut down. These defects must be reported to us with-in 5 business days of receiving the item.
If we make a mistake in packaging your order: wrong size, wrong garment, misspelled name, etc. We will correct the mistake by repairing, refunding, or replacing the garment in question. We must receive the garment back to issue a refund or new garment.
